[OpenLayers-Users] pop-up is partly out of the map view

We are currently working in having google like popups into OpenLayers.
http://dev.openlayers.org/sandbox/GooglePopups/openlayers/examples/popups.html
In this example, the map may automatically move to get the popup
intirely displayed.
This should address your needs.
