Not blind, just suffering under the limitations of trac:

"Due to spam problems, trac editing is currently limited to logged in
users. Please use the username and password openlayers/openlayers to
login to add or edit tickets, add or edit wiki pages, or perform other
editing actions." -- http://trac.openlayers.org/wiki/

"If you do not have a login, send us an email and we will gladly make
you one. " -- http://trac.openlayers.org/wiki/FilingTickets

You can send email to psc at openlayers.org with a request: just visit
http://openlayers.org/mkpasswd.cgi , enter your desired username and
password, and click 'Create password', then send the result to
psc at openlayers.org.

Sorry, it looks like we lost our description of this process -- I'll
make a new one linked more prominently soon.

Regards,
