[OpenLayers-Users] No controls in IE

Hi,

My controls are not showing up in IE.

http://casil.ucdavis.edu/dev/ceicol/

Is this a known issue?  Does it have to do with the z-index of the  
controls?

Also, is there a thread about IE compatibility issues someone might  
point me to.
