A little more info on this...

It appears in more than one example, but only when using the mouse wheel
zoom, using the zoom bar + works normally, but if you get below a certain
zoom level, mouse zoom in one more, you end up somewhere else (zooming on
Alabama, you wind up off the coast of Africa).

Just checked out the current svn HEAD to play with the vectors :-)  Noticed
an odd issue with the editingtoolbar.html example.  If you draw a few
features over Europe, then zoom down around those features, you will
eventually wind up in Australia.  I'm running FF2 on winXP.  Didn't notice
any teleport code in the page, so I assume that there is a bug in there
somewhere. :-)
