[OpenLayers-Users] New PSC Member: Cameron Shorter

After much deliberation and consideration, we have added our newest
member to the PSC, Cameron Shorter.

Cameron has a demonstrated commitment to F/OSS web mapping, and
he has been a very effective organizer of the MapBuilder community.
His work at leading integration of OpenLayers in MapBuilder has been
influential in that community, and we look forward to having his opinion
and assistance in leading the direction of OpenLayers.

Please give Cameron a warm welcome.
