[OpenLayers-Users] visualize vertical section with openlayers

Hi all,
I'm using openlayers to visualize 3 dimensional ocean data (e.g.
temperature,...). So far I managed to draw horizontal section
(longitude and latitude) using a custom Python script as a web map
server. Is it also possible to visualize vertical section (longitude +
depth or latitude + depth) with openlayers?
