[OpenLayers-Users] Any projection using elevation?

Sorry for posting in this list about this but I'm unsure where else to ask.
I have a client wishing to have the option of sending data via a EPSG:4326
similar projection that would also include a height (elevation) element
within it for each point. I was wondering if there was such a projection in
existence already. I cannot seem to find much on
http://spatialreference.org/ that makes any mention of height or elevation.
Any help would be appreciated.
