[OpenLayers-Users] cannot run vector-format.html

[wrap map]

while trying to run the example vector-format.html following from within my
computer without changing any in code I got the following errors:

OpenLayers.Format.WKT is not a constructor
updateFormats()vector-f...mats.html (line 74)
init()vector-f...mats.html (line 110)
onload(load )7tnQksP2...GPg%3D%3D (line 2)
wkt: new OpenLayers.Format.WKT(in_options),

did i missed to include anything?
