[OpenLayers-Users] Internet Explorer 8

Hey-

I've been told the following fixes OL in IE8:

if(document.namespaces == null) {
     document.createElement('namespaces');
}

If someone can put the code above in a script tag *before* OpenLayers.js 
and confirm that it fixes things, please make a ticket with this 
information.
