[OpenLayers-Users] Report a BUG about Zoom Control

Hello friends,

A few days ago I reported the following question

I'm having a problem when using the zoom function with shift button.
After performing the operation of the zoom, openlayers leaves a red point on
the map that corresponds to the starting point that was made out.
The point remains in the map letting it dirty.

Someone through this problem?

Anybody know what the procedure for reporting this issue as a bug?
