[OpenLayers-Users] Customizing OpenLayers JS file

Hi Chris,

So after i customize my openlayers.js file using 
http://openlayerer.appspot.com/ http://openlayerer.appspot.com/  i need to
run build.py file right?
Do i need to put the customised JS file in the lib folder and then deploy?
