[OpenLayers-Users] IE and "return!!(document.namespace)

I've got the exactly same problem. I'm loading 3 valid KML-Layers and a WMS
for background-information. Works well in Firefox, Opera, Safari etc., but
no in IE6, IE7 and IE8.
Does anyone has a solution for that?
