[OpenLayers-Users] Can I move Marker or Vertor by using Tween to get transition effect?

There is an example of transition effects by using OpenLayers.Tween:
OpenLayers-2.8\tests\manual\tween.html.

I was wondering whether we can use OpenLayers.Tween to move Vector Markers
to get the transition effect?
