[OpenLayers-Users] force and manage labels with sld

Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to "enforce" labelling all polygon objects
using SLD, even if the labels overlap? (sth like "Place overlapping labels"
option in ArcGIS). Does OpenLayers support such things?
