[OpenLayers-Users] visual glitch with mouse drag with IE

I noticed an annoying behaviour using OL with IE*. The problem can be seen with OL demos, in particular:
http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/spherical-mercator.html

Using IE7/IE8 compat mode or not, when you click and drag on the map, the map width and height shrinks by about a pixel. It seams to me that the size of the map is correct with the mouse down. When not interacting with the map, we loose the border on the bottom and right edges of the map.

This as for net effect that every component that is positioned relative to the bottom or right side of the map jiggers on each pan.

In my own project, I noticed this problem with the ZoomBox control.

I am also wondering if this would cause the map resize event to be fired. I did no go that far in my researches yet as the problem is not occurring on ffox or chrome.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could send me in the right direction to at least bypass this problem until it's fixed in the project.

Regards,
