[OpenLayers-Users] fractional zoom and tilecache

Hi Chris,

Oh - that's a pity, it would be good to allow users to effectively be
zooming in on the same tiles before passing a limit which takes them to the
next set of tiles in the zoom range - the benefit being that whilst the
mapping might not be specifically rendered for that viewing scale (not a
major issue if the zoom levels are reasonable close together), tilecache
could still be used.

Apologies for not exploring the code more to work this out for myself and
thanks for the immediate response...
