[OpenLayers-Users] getfeatures from drawing a polygon

Hello

Sorry about this but I can't find this anywhere maybe I'm just blind... Is
there any way in drawing a polygon to get featureinfo from other polygons on
a certain active layer in the same map ? I'm using mapserver, postgis and
wms.

Something like this
http://www.openlayers.org/dev/examples/select-feature-openpopup.html but
instead of getting the coordinates I would like to get featureinfo
