[OpenLayers-Users] jQuery tooltip instead of .popup()

Hi, I have a question if the following is possible:

I have a vector with several features. When I click on the feature a
openlayers popup is displayed.

Would it be possible, if I hover / click the feature to display a jQuery
"tooltip" like this:
http://flowplayer.org/tools/tooltip/index.html

?!
