[OpenLayers-Users] Synchronize position and zoom of two maps

I would like to have a page with 2 maps synchronized in zoom and position,
exactly the same as  http://koti.mbnet.fi/ojalesa/v3/osm_dual.htm this
Google example .

Can anyone give me a minimal example in order to achieve this with open
layers?
