[OpenLayers-Users] Multi User edit on same Map

Hej,

my Project:

You have a local area network via ethernet. 3-5 computers in there. This
place does not always has access to the internet.

You want to set up a software, that provides openstreetmapdata with layers
for all the people within the network so they can see the same map and can
make changes at it. 

So imagine you sittin there an viewing at the map. There is a layer with a
vehicle at a concret position. Now only you get the information the position
changed. So you move the vehicle on the map. What should happen now is that
the other users also see this change on their map.

Does anybody tried to set up anything same like this?
