You should use geoserver to serve your data as WMS (perhaps WFS).
A web application is not a desktop gis. To show 500-1000 points might be ok,
but 6000 points from an external vectorfile means a long loading time and
map navigation will be poorly.

Hi Friends,
I have more than 6000 Lat Long values.Is there any way to show those
points over the google map.
I am using geoserver to project some other layers.I am using oracle spatial
data base also.
