Thanks for that. This was finally the problem for chrome. In linux (ubuntu
10.04) the solution was easy you just have to run chrome from terminal with

 --allow-file-access-from-files

but in my office windows vista do not get the point. I hope there will
be a solution for that. Thanks again.
