[OpenLayers-Users] Start zoom level

I'm new here in the world of OpenLayers!
I just worked out my first map viewer:
http://maps.alltrams.com/Budapest.html
My problem: I can't find out how to get of starting at zoom level 0 by
loading my map. Now it's starts with a tiny zoomed out map with lots of
empty space around it :s

In case my English is to hard to understand, check this example:
http://rosettaproject.org/
The logo is already zoomed in by loading the page.
So, how do I do that in the code?
