[OpenLayers-Users] Problem using TMS as Overlay

Hello folks,
I am doing some test with the TMS layer but I have some troubles when I use
it as overlay.
I created a map with Google and another baselayer coming from MapProxy..all
is fine and the both layers show the same position.
If I set isBaseLayer:false for the MapProxy one the position is wrong as you
can see from this image:

What am I missing? Is there any change to do when using a TMS layer as
overlay?
