[OpenLayers-Users] Problem using TMS as Overlay

I found zoomOffset had to be different depending on where it was 
baselayer or not. Debug into TMS.js getURL.js where the tile calculation 
is done and compare the calculation with baselayer on/off. From memory 
this.map.getZoom() changes.
