I think the problem isn´t the OpenLayers Library, because other calls works
(function localizar(nomCapa,atributo,valor)). 

I attach the files with the code. In the first the functions (function
localizarAlter) are about the line 410 and in the second about the line 335
(window.opener.localizarAlter) the script code
