[OpenLayers-Users] Full-screen toggle

Hi everyone,

Can someone point me to an example of how I might get a fullscreen toggle
button working with an OpenLayers map. 

In my site I typically present the map at a size of about 400px square, but
would like users to be able to click a button in the map div and make it
toggle between 100% width/height and back to the 400px square. 

Any ideas? This seems like something that others would have wanted so I just
expect someone has already done it.
