[OpenLayers-Users] WMS for North American Sub-National Borders

There are probably better sources, but I have, from the the US National Atlas

and from the North American Atlas (includes CA provinces and states of Mexico):

I'm in the process of trying to make those URLs prettier, but I'm
currently using these services in my own OpenLayers sites, for example
