[OpenLayers-Users] how to transform meters to degrees for radius paramater of st_dwithin function

Hi All,

I have a database in Postgres with spatial ref system 4326 (SRID: 4326) and the units are 'Degrees'. I am trying to to use 'st_dwithin' function to retrieve polygons in a given range (radius) from Open Layers. I am able to send lat and lon values but not sure how to send the radius parameter which should be in spatial ref system units (i.e., degrees). I want to display drop down to user to select radius value in 'Meters'  from open layers, transform this value to spatial ref system units i.e., degrees before sending it to query. Please let me know the procedure to do this. or suggest me if any alternate process to accomplish this task.
