You need to check settings of web server. Now your proxy file returns as
plain text, but need to be executed by web server. I see you've changed path
to proxy script to http://www.geomiles.devisland.net/cgi-bin/proxy.cgi?url=.
Are you sure your web server could run *.cgi files? Try to put proxy URL to
address field of browser
(http://www.geomiles.devisland.net/cgi-bin/proxy.cgi) -your  web server
returns source of file but this file need to be executed and by default you
need to be redirected to Openlayers web site.
