[OpenLayers-Users] Odd WMS behavior

A few more details that might help.

The maps projection is EPSG:900913

The layer in geoserver is EPSG:27700. I have set the declared SRS to 900913,
and it shows in the correct place when I load it as the WMS. So I don't
think that its a problem with the layer in geoserver.

Its just odd that it won't let me pan around the map!
