[OpenLayers-Users] highlight a state

hi everybody a need some help for highlight something with a hover of 
the cursor on the object of the required highlighting action, i need to 
do that, but am a biginner i know only a little of this tha basic things 
, so, i need examples of how to do that thanks a lot.
