[OpenLayers-Users] Bug when switching between google street to google satellite.

I am using google api v3 with openlayers library. I have added following
references for google and openlayers libraries.





When i switch between google street and google satellitte in layer switcher,
i receice a bug (a small window displaying "Map Data" @ 2012).

Can any body explain why this bug comes when switching between google street
to google satellite.
