[OpenLayers-Users] adding graphic-text over an openlayers map div

Hi,

Has anyone seen an application where one can write text over an openlayers map...I don´t mean it in the sense of using a text symbolizer to show attributes of geometries, but simply writing over the map div like a drawing tool would do.
