[OpenLayers-Users] How to add pictures to open layer map using Geoserver?

Hi all,

I have web map showing land parcel and buildings.I am using Geoserver WMS
and open layers. My buildings are showing as point on map.Then I want to add
some images to those points to show when activating image layer just like 
http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/georss-flickr.html this  example

According to that example I think GeoRSS is the solution.But I have lot of
problems just like,

What types of things should do in Geoserver
Where store images etc...
Pls give some idea,Is there any tutorials or example?
