[OpenLayers-Users] Google map v3 popup again?

Hi,

I have a public OpenLayers 2.11 app with Google base layers using script tag;

<script src="http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?v=3.6&sensor=false"></script>

Today I noticed a Google copyright popup appearing again.  Is there are
workaround/fix to this problem?
