I just noticed that the Layer.GML is deprecated and everyone is strongly encouraged to avoid using deprecated functionality. But what is the supported alternative? In the documentation of http://dev.openlayers.org/apidocs/files/deprecated-js.html none is mentioned there. Regards hike39
