If you have object features from the drawing then you set the value of 
any attribute you like
with
features.attributes.MYATTRIBUTENAME = whatever
before you do the wfs commit. However, you will some kind of UI to fetch 
the values of the attributes from the user and this will depend 
enormously on what sort of JS frameworks you are using (if any).
