Hello,

This might not be a "bug" at all.  It turns out that Firefox 17 is much more picky about having units in css files.  One of the GeoMOOSE user group members recommended adding "px" to all of the positions, for example: "margin-left: 20;" should be changed to: "margin-left: 20px;"
