[OpenLayers-Users] WMS filter from ArcGIS Server 10.1

Dear Users,
   I am trying to perform filter from WMS coming from ArcGIS Server 10.1.
When I put http://localhost
:6080/arcgis/services/Livability_Scores/MapServer/WMSServer?VERSION=1.3.0&REQUEST=GetMap&CRS=CRS:84&BBOX=77.41,12.8185,77.830,13.162&WIDTH=660&HEIGHT=318&LAYERS=0&STYLES=default&EXCEPTIONS=xml&FORMAT=image/png&BGCOLOR=0xFEFFFF&TRANSPARENT=TRUE&layerDefs={"0":"AC_NO=154"},
  
I can see the filter in the
browser.(http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/index.html#/Filtering_features_using_the_layerDefs_parameter_in_WMS_requests/015400000604000000/)

Can anyone please help me to perform WMS filter on top of Arcgis Server 10.1
