[OpenLayers-Users] Vector or Image Layer not overlay / underneath a Base Layer

Update:
With an OSM map as base map (some of) my layers are overlapping by this map,
and I can't see them.
But if I switch on a GoogleMap as base map, then my layers come outside.
Maybe this could help to understand better the problem... I'm confused as
before anyway
