[OpenLayers-Users] Vector or Image Layer not overlay / underneath a Base Layer

Another update:
I discover with FireBug that these Openlayers.layer.OSM have a z-index
greater than the z-index of the overlay layers.
What is that? What I have messed up with the code to get this strange
behavior?

Please help!
