[OpenLayers-Users] OverviewMap control not displaying vector layer data

I want to display the vector layer data in the OverviewMap control.

Constructor for the OverviewMap control takes the layers as argument, where
I pass the base layer as well as the vector layer. 
Vector layer displays the data in the main map, but it's not showing the
same in the Overview Map.

Is this possible? Any way to achieve this?
