[OSGeo BC] GeoBC - Backroads profit maps update

Hi all,
I'm just wondering if there has been any more push towards making the
geobc data available as unrestricted use?



It seems that Backroads MapBooks has the most to loose, as they (i
would guess) purchaise the geodata from the province, and making this
available for free would create unwanted competition.



My guess is that a change in government administration could free it up?
