[osgeo4w-dev] Repackaging: libjpeg, libtiff, gdal

Folks,

In response to these tickets, libjpeg, libtiff and gdal have been repackaged
and reuploaded.

We still have an outstanding issue with:

   http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ticket/10

related to freetype and a function that Garrett needs for OSSIM.  It appears
that Garrett is working on packaging OSSIM for OSGeo4W, or at least using
OSGeo4W packages for the normal windows release of OSSIM which will make it
easier to package OSSIM later.
