[osgeo4w-dev] osgeo4w - Mapbender integration

Fyi Assefa has been updating the MapServer Web Services Workshop
(http://ms-ogc-workshop.maptools.org/) for osgeo4w.  I'll commit to
maintaining this as well (mind you it will probably not be part of the
base install).
