[osgeo4w-dev] /osgeo/download on buildbot.osgeo.org

Folks,

I have modified the nfs options for /osgeo/download on buildbot.osgeo.org
to be "no_root_squash" so that folks sudo'ing on that buildbot can modify
the download site with root permissions.  In doing so I found it easiest
to reboot buildbot.osgeo.org to force the new remount but this seems to have
resulted in a problem with buildbot which has not restarted.  I'm not clear
on why.
