[osgeo4w-dev] install gdal-python using Advanced setup

- Run osgeo4w-setup, choose Advanced install, slap [next] until you
get to the Select Packages screen,
- press [View] so all packages are shown (you may need to press View
more than once).
- scroll down until 'gdal-python' is visible and click on "Skip". It
will change to 1.5.2-1 or similar
- click [Next], and you're on your way!
