[osgeo4w-dev] install gdal-python using apt (experimental)

Oops. Writing howto's in the middle of an insomniac event is not 
conducive to error-free transmission. :) The following shoud be changed 
thusly:

 >   set osgeo4w=c:\osgeo4w

    set osgeo4w_ROOT=c:\path\to\osgeo4w
