[osgeo4w-dev] packaging a tad bumpy

I didn't have that setup_test.ini problem yet.

And the versions*.html pages are generated by cron (I think Markus
Neteler did that).  So that's normal.

Hm, I create my .tar.bz2 on Linux - although I would not have expected
problem in Windows.  Did you compare the Linux and Windows version?  And
might the regen problem also relate to the "broken" packages?
